Lugia is one of the T5 Raid Boss in Pokémon GO. It was the first legendary released after Pokémon GO Fest in 2017. It belongs to PSYCHIC and FLYING , ideally PSYCHIC, ELECTRIC , DARK is the best counter type such as Raikou, Mewtwo, Tyranitar. But need to pay attention the Hydro Pump’s Lugia.
